It isn't just inconvenient truths about funded research that get suppressed. I have seen first hand where results that reflect poorly on big money making services at a hospital are vigorously suppressed by adttnisiramion. In the case of funded research, at least grants.gov requires some sort of oversite. There is no oversight of a hospital's internal operations, no matter how bad the results. |
